About the Contract: An Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ), sole source award to provide the U.S. Army with BMC Remedy Software products, maintenance support and professional services. Under the contract, Merlin and BMC will work together to deploy BMC’s Remedy Service Management, a set of solutions that will give the Army’s service management teams worldwide real-time visibility into its IT operations. This will allow the Army to streamline IT service and support processes, including technical support, asset management, change management and service level agreements. In addition, Merlin’s Professional Services team will work with the Army’s IT staff on an ongoing basis to manage and maintain the software.
