WHAT–
USTRANSCOM provides the transportation and distribution support needed to sustain the personnel, materials and supplies required to successfully execute US military maneuvers around the world. These large-scale and dynamic operations depend on efficient and agile systems and processes. As early adopters of DISA initiatives such as Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES), USTRANSCOM has taken a lead in solving the problem of shared services in a multi-agency environment in which local control and security are paramount.
